  • Exhibitors and sponsors should align with the educational focus of the annual eduWeb Summit.

  • Products or services promoted should be relevant to the higher education and digital marketing audience.

  • Exhibitors and sponsors should accurately represent their brand and offerings in all promotional materials and interactions.

6. Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Actively participate in scheduled networking sessions, discussions, and any other engagement opportunities provided by eduWeb Summit.

  • Collaborate with event organizers to enhance the overall attendee experience.

7. Event Presence:

  • Ensure the timely setup and dismantling of exhibition booths.

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to any logistical guidelines provided by the venue or event organizations.

8. Compliance with Policies:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event policies.

  • Any demonstrations or displays must adhere to safety and ethical standards.

9. Feedback Mechanism:

  • The event organizer will be available to address any concerns or queries.
